Energy Assets Utilities (EAU), one of Britain’s leading multi-utility network construction companies, has appointed Craig Topley as its new Managing Director to support its expansion plans.
EAU, part of the Energy Assets Group, provides gas, electricity and water utility networks for housebuilders and industrial and commercial markets and has recruited Craig to deliver a multi utility Industrial & Commercial utility networks service across Great Britain.
He brings with him significant industry experience, having worked on major UK and international projects over the last 27 years and gained experience in gas, water, waste water, electricity, telecoms and Solar PV sectors. Through his expertise in utility management, Craig will be helping to grow EAU’s business base by developing relationships with main contractors, specifiers and developers, as well as the network of end user and intermediary customers brought by the recent acquisition of Exoteric Metering Limited (EML) and SA Gas. Craig will take Group responsibility for both SA Gas and EML in his new role and will also join the Energy Assets Operational Board.
Craig said: “EAU is a highly professional, forward thinking and well-regarded provider of multi-utility networks and I feel very excited about being part of such a dynamic team. I am very much looking forward to being involved in growing both the customer base and our area of operation.”
Craig lives in Lincoln and is married with three children. Outside of work, he is a keen Manchester United supporter and attends Lincoln City FC home and away games as time allows.
